Manager Private Clients (802) Permanent

  • Responsible for a team of one Administrator and two Senior Administrators (two of which have 10 and 15 years of service)
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of international clients
  • Work collaboratively and provide accurate and timely guidance to direct reports
  • Effectively manage workloads, deadlines and KPIs for both themselves and their team

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial capacity
  • Minimum of 5 years direct experience within Private Client Services and/or Trust
  • People management skills – mentor, guide, and develop team members
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of the administration of trusts and corporate vehicles
  • Legal and regulatory frameworks
  • UK tax and compliance matters

Qualifications:

  • A Table 4 qualification, preferably STEP or CGI/ICSA Diploma (other Table 4 qualifications will also be considered)
