Every conversation we have with our candidates will be different, it will all depend on what you need. Some chats are about us providing guidance, others about offering support and reassurance – we acknowledge that every person who contacts us will be different and each will have their own story to tell. We are here to listen and have your best interests at heart.
We will always try to meet with you in person but if it makes more sense, we can easily set up a face to face call instead. It’s important that we get to know you and what makes you tick. We will find out more about your work experience, key skills, as well as your ambitions and motivations for the future.

We will take the time to go through your CV and will let you know either way if we can help or not.
If we can help, we will start by arranging a meeting ideally with coffee (our treat). We can then begin to get to know one another better and discuss any possible opportunities.
However, there might be times when we feel we can’t help but we will be honest about it. It’s most likely that we don’t recruit for that type of role or that we just can’t help at that moment in time. We will of course let you know and manage your expectations.
Candidate resources
Our service goes beyond just matching you with a role. We will be there to support you through the full recruitment process. From how we present your CV to clients, to helping you with interview preparation, managing offers and feedback as well as dealing with the switch from one employer to another – we’ll be there offering support each step of the way.
