Finance Assistant (778) Permanent

We are seeking a motivated Finance Assistant to support our clients expanding team.

Finance Support:

• Help maintain the general ledger by preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and prepayments.
• Compile financial data to create internal and external reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process invoices, credit notes, and expense claims in line with company policies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on payments, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier queries.

Regulatory & Compliance:

• Support the preparation of information required for audits and regulatory filings.
• Maintain up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

About You:

• Early-stage experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (internships or entry-level roles).
• Working knowledge of accounting principles; a finance/accounting degree (or equivalent) is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial systems.
