Head of Compliance (776) Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Compliance to lead our clients Corporate Services business

This key role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day compliance of client entities and ensuring all regulatory requirements are fully met

As Head of Compliance, you will lead and mentor the Corporate Services Compliance team, delivering expert advice and maintaining excellent service levels for clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders

You will also act as the business’s:

• Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
• Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO)
• Compliance Officer (CO)

In this leadership position, you will:

• Oversee and enhance our AML/CFT/CPF framework
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulators, the Jersey Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), and other law enforcement agencies
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on compliance matters
• Conduct risk assessments and manage ongoing monitoring programmes
• Ensure all systems, controls, and policies remain effective and aligned with regulatory standards
