Head of Fund Administration (745) Permanent

• We have a top tier client with an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead their Fund Administration team in Jersey as part of their expanding corporate and fiduciary business.

• This role reports into the Global Head of Fund Administration, you will be responsible for contributing to the implementation and development of the Fund Administration Service Line in Jersey. This includes the management and development of the growing Fund Administration team in accordance with group’s vision and culture.

• You’ll have extensive experience working in the Jersey Fund Administration industry and be extremely knowledgeable of Jersey domiciled funds, especially with Jersey Private Funds (“JPF”) and closed-ended fund structures.

About You:

• Minimum of 10 years relevant funds experience servicing Alternative Funds
• Qualified Accountant or Chartered Secretary qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Jersey domiciled funds and have substantial experience working with JPFs and closed-ended fund structures
• Be extremely knowledgeable of the fund administration industry, including relevant regulatory obligations
• Have experience as a Board director of regulated entities
• Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems
• Excellent leadership,  management and influencing skills. A role model and team player
