Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Strategy: Design and deliver effective L&D initiatives that cater to diverse audiences, with clear measurement and impact assessment.
Needs Assessment & Capability Building: Identify skill gaps and development opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness.
L&D Tools & Frameworks: Implement resources that align with the employee lifecycle, foster high performance, and strengthen regulatory capabilities.
Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in L&D to ensure a progressive, engaging, and future-focused approach.
Facilitation & Delivery: Deliver training sessions or source the right in-house experts and external providers to build organisational capability.
Supplier Management: Maintain strong partnerships with external providers, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
Wellbeing & Inclusion: Actively support initiatives that promote colleague wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion within the wider People Strategy.
Data & Insights: Provide robust reporting and meaningful management information (MI) to support People and Culture Business Partners and leaders in executing the learning plan.
