Skills:
Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a related secretarial role
Experience with administrative and clerical processes
Consistent, professional dress, and manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
Methodical, thorough and attentive to detail
Good knowledge and systems skill base, in particular MS office and in-house database (training to be provided)
