We are seeking a dedicated Client Operations Manager to join our clients dynamic Client Operations team
As a key member of our Client Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring first-class service delivery across onboarding, data management, regulatory reporting, screening, reviews, and risk management.
You will support the smooth operation of our client administration teams, enabling them to provide a premium service to our clients.
In this role, you will assist with FATCA/CRS and Jersey tax reporting, oversee client and banking-related data, and contribute to refining our operational processes.
Collaboration with stakeholders across the business will be essential, as will providing cover for other managers within the team when necessary.
A good academic background, with a minimum of a table 4 qualification, e.g., ICSA Diploma, STEP Diploma, Accountancy.
A minimum of 6 years’ relevant industry experience, in administration, compliance, client operations or a similar field.
Excellent understanding of client financial statements.
Demonstrable knowledge of AEOI (FATCA / CRS) requirements.
Experience and knowledge of completion of Trust and Corporate Jersey Tax Returns
Experience of developing and coaching others.
Experience of data control/management processes and systems.
A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of the local finance industry legislation and regulatory requirements in which we operate.
