Become proficient with existing ICT systems to support and maintenance IT equipment and business systems
To provide a reliable service to our users in line with our corporate visions and values
Installing and configure IT business systems hardware and software, undertaking new user set-ups, moves and authorized system changes
Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to all system users across all company sites
Raising when required all IT system and services issues to 3rd level support or external service providers in accordance to established service level agreements
Working core hours with some flexibility to cover shifts. Starting at either 7.30am to 4pm or 10am until 18.30 then telephone cover for the Retail shop until 8pm.
