The purpose of this contract position is to provide help and support to the Business Development & Marketing and Communications teams during a period of parental leave.
This role has four main elements:
Supporting the Head of Marketing and Communications with managing external communications and digital channels
Ensuring that the firm’s visual brand remains strong and is used consistently across the website, branded items and digital channels
Managing administration within the Marketing & Communications team including arrangements for new starters, managing invoicing, and distribution of branded items across offices
Supporting the practice teams with event management
Knowledge/skills/experience:
An awareness and understanding of social media platforms
Strong IT and organisational skills
An understanding of CRM systems would be an advantage
