Role Overview

• They are seeking a Compliance Administrator to support the day-to-day compliance administration of client entities and to be responsible for all CDD queries and reviews in respect of clients and investors, ensuring the various regulatory requirements are met
• The Compliance Administrator will be expected to provide support to the wider compliance team by being proactive in their approach, ensuring they adhere to the policies and procedures, provide excellent client services and uphold the reputation of the Company
• Ensure the efficiency of the Company is maintained, deal with business requests for assistance and meet the Company’s Service Level Agreements/expectations
• The Compliance Administrator will undertake compliance responsibility for all entities, ensuring all work undertaken complies with internal policies and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements

Skills / Experience:

• 1+ years of relevant experience working within the financial services sector preferably within a Trust Company Business and or Fund Services Business
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbally) in order to develop close working relationships
• A flexible approach to work and good time management skills in working towards deadlines
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Strong IT skills
• A good understanding of local regulatory requirements
• Holding an International Compliance Association (ICA) certificate or diploma is preferred but not essential as support will be given to the successful candidate to complete a relevant ICA qualification, post probationary period
