Compliance Monitoring Assistant Manager (757) Permanent

• This is a key role in developing & updating our clients global R&C policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with each operating jurisdiction’s legal and regulatory requirements
• As part of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, you’ll test the controls contained in the policies and identify areas where new or improved policies and procedures are required

About You:

• Demonstrated experience working in a Client Administration, Compliance, Risk or operational control- type function within a regulated Financial Services Business
• Proficient understanding of regulated corporate and fiduciary services in Jersey and/or Guernsey and other jurisdictions
• Familiarity with similar services in the UK or EU is advantageous
• Comprehensive knowledge of AML regulations specific to Jersey and further jurisdictions
• Capable of working independently with substantial information, organizing and analysing data effectively, with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills, able to convey information professionally and succinctly
• Proactive team player with robust organizational, analytical, and time management skills
