This is a key role in developing & updating our clients global R&C policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with each operating jurisdiction’s legal and regulatory requirements
As part of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, you’ll test the controls contained in the policies and identify areas where new or improved policies and procedures are required

About You:
Demonstrated experience working in a Client Administration, Compliance, Risk or operational control- type function within a regulated Financial Services Business
Proficient understanding of regulated corporate and fiduciary services in Jersey and/or Guernsey and other jurisdictions
Familiarity with similar services in the UK or EU is advantageous
Comprehensive knowledge of AML regulations specific to Jersey and further jurisdictions
Capable of working independently with substantial information, organizing and analysing data effectively, with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills, able to convey information professionally and succinctly
Proactive team player with robust organizational, analytical, and time management skills
