Senior Governance Officer (759) Permanent

Ready to join our Clients award-winning global team? We’re looking for a Senior Governance Officer to join their high-performing and supportive in-house Corporate Governance team

In this role, you will assist with the provision of first-class internal corporate governance support our companies forming part of  their Governance Services across all its locations, working closely with their senior management

About you:

• The ideal candidate would be a keen governance professional with proven experience in an in-house governance and/or company secretarial role
• Prior experience of working in a regulated professional services environment and holding or studying towards a Chartered Governance Institute qualification is advantageous
• Working knowledge of Viewpoint, Document Management Systems (Worksite) and Board Intelligence or equivalent systems and platforms is advantageous
• Highly organised, proactive and diligent and able to manage a diverse and complex workload in a fast-paced working environment
• Enthusiastic and approachable with the calm and confident manner required to build strong working relationships across all parts of Group
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of own workload, with confidence to raise questions and develop knowledge
