• We’re seeking a seasoned AML Manager to lead our clients dedicated Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team.

• This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with deep expertise in AML compliance and a passion for building strong, proactive teams.

• In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing AML operations across the business, developing robust compliance strategies, and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks in Jersey, the UK, and Guernsey.

• You’ll lead a talented team, manage day-to-day operations, and act as the main point of contact for AML matters both internally and externally

About you:

• Legal right to work in Jersey, Channel Islands
• A solid academic background
• At least 7 years of experience in AML compliance within financial services, with a strong understanding of Jersey frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop teams
• Strong understanding of AML regulations, KYC, and FATF guidelines
• Proficient in AML tools and systems, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional AML certification (e.g. CAMS or ICA Advanced Certificate) is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels
